OKAY so yeah, this wraps up this arc (and yes this is how I was planning to end it from the start, I wanted to end it three weeks ago but con plus move there was no breathing room anywhere) I wanted to hold off until I could do a good job with it because, a the comic implies, I’m finally gonna get on putting a MGDMT book together and this is slated to be the last strip included in it! Oriinally I was planning on collecting strips 1-200, but I realized this arc would be a better way to wrap it up and would let me displace some of the filler or strips I don’t like as much.
So yeah, now I can get on arranging this whole mess! No rest for the wicked, I suppose. This is shaping up to be a very eventful year.
One more noodle incident to talk about.
I guess we should enjoy the humor in something that was taken care of offscreen.
Hmm… I wonder what the people who say stuff about Titanfall would think if there was strip here.
Now i want to see a TitanFall joke here….

Well… I can’t help but be a little disappointed that we waited a month for the whole thing to be solved offscreen.
But it’s not my comic I guess, so do as you will.
I love this webcomic so much……although I’m stuck pondering whether this was the plan from the start or if this happened due to an overworked underappreciated auther needing a resolution…..still clever and still an appreciated webomic.
It was the plan from the start, honestly, it’s why I waited a couple weeks until I could do this page some justice instead of pooping it out in a quick single panel
I have a stupid question about the book, if that’s okay. Are you planning on just including the strips that have been posted here, or will the book also have exclusive content? Not that I really care one way or the other, just curious.
Just reread the whole comic from the begining. You are amazing, to get a decent character development and a story that reads even better in continuation. And all this in the webcomic about pop-culture refences!
MGDMT is one of my favorite comic story- and charter-wise. I can see platinum black as my soon-to-be favorite too.
If i was the kind of person to give my money where my mouth is – i would gladly do so. But i’m not that person sadly.

A book? Yay! I was hoping for that someday, just didn’t expect it.
A question, if I may? With so many characters you borrowed from other franchises ( Duke Nukem, Stan, Kratos etc ) is it legal to print them in your comic or you need permission from owners? ( I imagine getting all of those would be tiresome/impossible)
Or is it included in some law that you have the right to print and sell comic as long as it isn’t primary focused on borrowed characters?
As I have been consulted, Parody is fair game. It’s the same way Robot Chicken doesn’t get sued all the time and other game comics like Awkward Zombie sell books.

Be careful with book creation as there are hurdles hiding in spring-loaded trapdoors waiting for people to try going over them. The two most recent hurdle-handlers that come to mind are KrazyKrow of Spinnerette and Minnasundberg of A Redtail’s Dream/Stand Still. Stay Silent.
Can’t wait for the book to come out^^ definitely reserving a spot on my bookshelf for it
